Responsibilities/Duties: • Collect, consolidate, and analyze data from multiple sources and present the results of data in a secure, usable format, as well as translating them to technical and system languages, to work with Information Systems to implement them into system solutions. • Utilize business applications and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) to create interactive reports and translate data findings into clear and understandable insights that drive strategies. • Demonstrate understanding of the business process, systems, and downstream system impacts, as well as the landscape to proactively mitigate potential risks and produce future analytics. • Manage system application data issues by conducting analysis across workstreams and communicating with stakeholders to ensure final resolution and closure. • Perform analysis of data gaps and work with relevant stakeholders to recommend solutions. • Develop and maintain data validation and data automation processes to ensure accurate and up-to-date data is available for analysis. • Collaborate with leadership and other teams on project driven requests and prioritization. • Provide ad hoc analysis to support leadership in addressing specific challenges and opportunities. • Organizational skills to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously and optimally in a matrix organization and with very little oversight and direction. • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices. • Perform other related duties as required and assigned. Qualifications/Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree required and 5 years of Data-related experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. • Superior Excel, PowerPoint, and Macros skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required. • Experience writing and running SQL queries. • PowerBI experience strongly preferred. • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. • Ability to understand and execute project requirements. • Strong analytical thinking and methodical problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail • Able to efficiently prioritize work and timely inform stakeholders on progress. • Strong analytical, problem-solving and data correlation skills • Must be a structured thinker with the ability to resolve problems at hand efficiently. • Must be able to work independently and as a collaborative team member.
