Job Details Job Title: Data Analyst Location: Wichita, KS 67202 Schedule: General Business hours (Monday – Friday) Assignment Length: 4+ months of Contract role with possibility of extension Experience Required: Atleast 4-5 Years of Experience as a Data analyst Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst 1 to develop and provide business insights that help leaders make informed decisions. This position involves partnering with internal stakeholders to execute business technology strategies that improve compliance, meet requirements, and drive efficiencies through standardization and innovation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate familiarity with business technology concepts, data management, and decision support while working with various analytics platforms including Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, and SAP. Responsibilities • Develop and provide business insights to support leadership decision-making processes • Partner with internal stakeholders to assist in executing business technology strategies • Facilitate data extraction, collection, cleansing, and preparation for business consumption • Support reporting initiatives using available technology platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, SAP) • Assist with developing technical solutions for an effective and efficient data analytics platform • Respond to ad-hoc data requests from various business units • Create and maintain timely and accurate data models that provide management information • Analyze function performance through key performance indicators and metrics • Ensure data quality and integrity throughout all analytical processes • Document processes and methodologies for data analysis and reporting Requirements • Atleast 5 Years of Experience as a Data Analyst • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, or related field preferred • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) • Experience with data preparation and ETL tools (Alteryx preferred) • Knowledge of SQL and database management concepts • Understanding of business technology concepts and data management principles • SAP experience is a plus • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Working Conditions • Work performed in an office environment • Regular computer use and data analysis activities • Occasional meetings with stakeholders across different departments • May require flexibility to support various business units and time-sensitive requests Software Used • Business intelligence and analytics software (Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx) • Enterprise resource planning systems (SAP) • Database management tools • Standard office equipment and software applications
