W2 Contract Onsite in Marlborough, MA 35-39/HR Contract Analytics Analyst • Tableau Expert required • 3-5 years of exp w Bach or 1-2 w Masters • Degree required • Fast paced project • Team has created 2 dashboards, project lead is taking a leave. • Tableau Prep experience • Merge sources • Blend data • Strong communication skills • Med Tech experience • Field facing compliance Dashboard Job Description: • Hybrid (3 days in office) • Duration: 4 months (possible extension or conversion for the right individual, if budget/headcount allows) • Manager needs candidate ASAP; this position is filling for a leave of absence • Candidate will be supporting a fast-paced project (compliance reporting) • Business knowledge will have be to train but based that candidate needs to be able to hit the ground running. • Candidate will be working through tickets in Jira for the items that need to be completed within that report. • Candidate will have a co-worker supporting the same project. • Interview - Microsoft Teams • • • MUST be an expert in Tableau Key Responsibilities • Communicates and supports the Data Analytics strategy. • Determines customer requirements and translate requirements into Tableau reports for analysis. • Provides analysis and tracking of data through ongoing reporting, ad hoc analysis and partnership to share insights and ensure understanding within the business. • Uses data to highlight key organization trends and collaborate with businesses to identify causes, costs and potential interventions/solutions. • Participates in periodic audits and analyses to ensure accuracy, optimization of systems and reporting as well as new analytic opportunities. Quality System Requirements In all actions, demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures.
