BCForward is currently seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst 4 for an opportunity with our client Job Title: Data Analyst 4 Contract Term: 10 months Location: Redmond, WA (3-4 days onsite/week) - Only Locals Candidate Requirements • 8 overall years of experience in the field. • A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required to be eligible for this role. “Looking for a Senior Data Analyst that has strong background in regulation and moderation. Previous experience in the gaming industry is nice to see. The ideal candidate is a self-starter and excels at taking on tasks and driving completion themselves without micromanagement. Previous experience working with partners and stakeholders, strong data analysis, and experience with platforms like Databricks, Apache Spark, etc. is very helpful. Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience 1. Minimum 5 years’ experience with advanced SQL and Python scripting to build and optimize complex queries, preferably with platforms like Databricks, Apache Spark, etc. 1. Minimum 5 years’ experience with PowerBI producing dashboards and reports 1. Minimum 5 years’ experience with cross-functional teams gathering data, then reporting on and presenting data insights to stakeholders. 1. Minimum 2+ years of Gaming Experience or Gaming Industry. Required Skills & Experience o 3-5 years of experience with advanced SQL and Python scripting for building, optimizing, and maintaining complex queries. o 3 years' experience with tools like Power BI or Tableau to create compelling dashboards and reports. o Hands-on experience with data transformation tools (e.g., Databricks, Apache Spark etc.,). o Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis, automation, and scripting. o Experience with APIs and data pipelines for integrating and automating data flows. o Familiarity with Azure cloud-based data ecosystems (e.g., Azure Data Explorer, Cosmos, Azure Data Lake Storage). o Understanding of data warehousing and distributed computing concepts. o Desire to be working with data and help businesses make better data driven decisions.
