Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our data-driven team. This role requires a strong foundation in data analysis, scripting, automation, and visualization. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to transform raw data into meaningful insights that drive business decisions. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain automated data pipelines and workflows using Python for scripting and automation. • Write complex, efficient, and optimized SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets. • Design and implement robust ETL/ELT processes to support scalable data solutions. • Work with data warehousing technologies and contribute to data modeling and the design of relational and dimensional databases. • Create compelling and actionable data visualizations and dashboards using Looker, Tableau, or similar BI tools. • Collaborate with stakeholders to define metrics, track KPIs, and answer key business questions through data analysis. • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting and analytics systems. • Utilize Google Cloud Platform (GCP) tools for data storage, processing, and analysis (BigQuery experience is a plus). Requirements • 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a related role. • Strong proficiency in Python, particularly for automation and data manipulation (Pandas, NumPy, etc.). • Expert-level SQL skills, including performance tuning and advanced query techniques. • In-depth understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL/ELT processes, and data modeling (star/snowflake schemas). • Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or similar platforms. • Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (especially BigQuery, Cloud Functions, or Dataflow) is highly preferred. • Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
