Data Analyst

Immediate need for a talented Data Analyst. This is a 12+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Waukesha, WI (Remote). Key Responsibilities: • Salesforce, Reltio and GL Prod effectiveness, Salesforce CRM platform and tools, Cleanse and maintains data in Commercial and other core systems (CRMs, SFDC, ERPs, etc.). • Broadening knowledge of product lines, sales processes, or customer groups to execute policy/strategy. Still acquiring higher level knowledge and skills. • Basic understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. • Good understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area. • May have some autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework. • Resolves issues in situations that require commercial knowledge and judgment within established procedures. • Consults more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters. • A job at this level requires good interpersonal skills. • Communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered. • For customer facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and Client . • Explains technical information to others. Key Requirements and Technology Experience: • Key Skills; Data Analyst, ERP, CRMs, Salesforce • Experience with using Salesforce and ERP Systems such as GL Prod • Attention to detail is important • An understanding of the United States Postal Service addresses in the US(city to state) • Understanding of Client terminology and business processes is a plus • Ability to work in a team setting and independently is a plus • Position is repetitive, and the resource should understand that and be willing to work in the queue • Required- 4 year college degree(preferred degree in healthcare or business is a plus) Our client is a leading Renewable Energy, power and healthcare Industry and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
