Pay Rate: $39.80/hr W2
Contract Duration: 12 months (40 hrs/week)
Interview Process: Virtual & Onsite (no more than 2 rounds)

Introduction
We are seeking a Data Analyst II with strong Power BI expertise to support business operations. This is a newly created role designed to provide additional business support within a growing analytics team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing Power BI dashboards, data models, and analytics solutions that drive actionable business insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in a Data Analyst role focused on Power BI
• Proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and data modeling
• Experience with large datasets and relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including data storytelling and presentations
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Preferred Skills
• Experience with other BI tools (Tableau, Qlik)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and data warehousing concepts
• Knowledge of Python or R for advanced data analysis
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support decision-making
• Extract, clean, and transform data from various systems and databases
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and align with business objectives
• Perform data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting platforms
• Automate recurring reporting tasks and optimize workflows for efficiency
• Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting support as needed
• Stay up to date on Power BI updates, features, and best practices to improve reporting
