Data Analyst - Power BI

What is the position? The Data Analyst will play a key role in developing dashboards and insightful reports that enhance operations and decision-making across design and drafting teams. This position combines data modeling, visualization, and collaboration to support project tracking and continuous improvement efforts. What are the responsibilities? As a Data Analyst, you will: • Build and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards showcasing performance and project metrics • Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and create impactful visual analytics • Consolidate, clean, and model data from various systems to ensure consistent reporting • Develop automated data pipelines to streamline reporting workflows • Analyze and interpret data to uncover trends and support better decision-making • Document dashboard standards and maintain reporting accuracy across platforms What are the requirements? • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience • 2+ years of hands-on experience in business intelligence or data analysis • Proficiency in Power BI and dashboard creation • Strong SQL skills and comfort working with relational databases • Experience integrating data from multiple sources (Excel, SharePoint, ERP systems) • Familiarity with design/drafting workflows a plus • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and excellent communication skills You would be really happy here if: • You are left-brained and understand that the devil’s in the details, proactively seeking them out and understanding how they contribute to the whole of a project. • Roadblocks don’t intimidate you.
