Role description
What is the position?
The Data Analyst will play a key role in developing dashboards and insightful reports that enhance operations and decision-making across design and drafting teams. This position combines data modeling, visualization, and collaboration to support project tracking and continuous improvement efforts.
What are the responsibilities?
As a Data Analyst, you will:
β’ Build and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards showcasing performance and project metrics
β’ Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and create impactful visual analytics
β’ Consolidate, clean, and model data from various systems to ensure consistent reporting
β’ Develop automated data pipelines to streamline reporting workflows
β’ Analyze and interpret data to uncover trends and support better decision-making
β’ Document dashboard standards and maintain reporting accuracy across platforms
What are the requirements?
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
β’ 2+ years of hands-on experience in business intelligence or data analysis
β’ Proficiency in Power BI and dashboard creation
β’ Strong SQL skills and comfort working with relational databases
β’ Experience integrating data from multiple sources (Excel, SharePoint, ERP systems)
β’ Familiarity with design/drafting workflows a plus
β’ Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and excellent communication skills
