Data Analyst

Position: Business Data Analyst Openings: 1 Location: Charlotte, NC- HYBRID 3X/WEEK OR West Hartford, CT -HYBRID 3X/WEEK Duration: 24 months (Possibility to convert after) Job Description: • 2 years of experience developing, updating, and maintaining Tableau Dashboards • Experience with SQL (writing queries, transformations) • Familiarity with ETL workflows and data warehouse environments (e.g., Snowflake) • Strong understanding of data governance and data quality frameworks • Ability to troubleshoot dashboard/report issues • Strong Communication, Low Ego • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and engaging with stakeholders across asset management and operations Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with Python and Microsoft Copilot • Background in asset management or financial services • Familiarity with Dealpath or similar asset tracking systems Day-to-Day Responsibilities • Design, update, and maintain Tableau dashboards for asset-level insights • Ensure dashboards are refreshed daily and aligned with data warehouse feeds • Perform data validations, reconciliations, and root cause analysis for data quality issues • Support data governance initiatives, including documentation and stakeholder alignment • Collaborate with business and tech teams to define business terms and quality rules • Provide support for internal/external reporting, audits, and compliance • Troubleshoot issues related to dashboard performance and data connectivity Compensation: $35/hr to $37/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
