• This role is pivotal in ensuring service reliability, incident hygiene, and systemic issue resolution through structured reviews, data-driven insights, and cross-team collaboration.
Candidate Requirements
• Years of Experience Required: 2 overall years of experience in the field.
• Degrees or certifications required: A degree in computer science or engineering is preferred but not required for the role
Preferred Skills:
• Exceptionally strong communication skills,
• Familiarity with Microsoft’s Substrate and MSAI platforms.
• Experience with Copilot for Service Operations and automated postmortem generation.
• Knowledge of incident review forums such as WSR, MSR, and CEN onboarding.
Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience:
• Minimum 2+ years experience with T-SQL and KQL
• Minimum 2+ years experience with Data analysis and EFT processes
• Minimum 2+ years experience with Power BI
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $35.00 - $42.00/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select.
