Key Responsibilities
• Perform data analysis and root cause investigations to identify opportunities and solve problems.
• Develop data-driven tools, including Python-based calculators and automation solutions, to support stakeholders.
• Translate complex data into clear insights and business recommendations through presentations, dashboards, and visualizations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business needs and measure the impact of implemented solutions.
• Communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Qualifications (Must Haves)
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Finance, Accounting, Math, Economics, Engineering, Analytics, or related STEM field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in data analytics (not internships/academic only).
• High proficiency with SQL and Python (coding tested during interviews).
• Experience in data manipulation, data cleaning, and identifying trends through quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Strong communication skills, with proven ability to present insights clearly using PowerPoint, Excel, and Tableau.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively in hybrid team environments.
Preferred Skills (Nice To Have)
• Advanced degree (MBA, Statistics, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Analytics, etc.).
• Experience with AI/ML techniques.
• Prior experience in auto finance, consumer lending, or financial services.
