Salary: $39.59 to $45.84 hourly Description We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our team on a contract basis in Fort Collins, Colorado. In this role, you will play a critical part in analyzing complex data sets, providing actionable insights, and supporting decision-making processes within the manufacturing industry. This position requires a strong background in data analysis techniques and visualization tools to effectively communicate findings. Responsibilities • Perform in-depth data analysis to uncover trends and patterns that drive strategic decision-making. • Utilize data mining techniques to extract valuable insights from large datasets. • Develop and implement data visualization tools and dashboards to effectively present findings. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver relevant analyses. • Conduct A/B testing to evaluate the impact of changes and optimize processes. • Work with Microsoft Excel and other analytics tools to organize and interpret data. • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data throughout all stages of analysis. • Support the development of key performance indicators and metrics to track progress. • Use Informatica and mapping tools to manage and transform data for reporting purposes. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis or related roles. • Proficiency in data mining techniques and analytics methodologies. • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for data organization and analysis. • Ability to create clear and impactful data visualizations. • Experience with A/B testing and statistical evaluations. • Familiarity with tools such as Informatica and mapping software. • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. • Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and present findings effectively.
