Data Analyst / London Hybrid 2 days in office per week , 3 days from home / 4 month + extensions / Start Dec
Rate: £350 - £400 per day Inside IR35
Service Management experience, ServiceNow platform experience, particularly in the context of improving practices are all must-haves.
Wider programme details:
• Service Re-tiering - There are gaps with some applications not configured to recover quickly enough to support critical business processes and services.
• CMDB - The correctness, compliance and completeness of the clients technology asset information needs to assure that the operational resilience requirements continue to be met.
• ITSCM - The current process involves manual planning and testing of the recovery capabilities of specific applications. There is an opportunity to increase automation and provide more extensive testing.
• IT Change Management - The IT Change Management process requires multiple approvals and does not support modern Agile and DevSecOps working practices adopted by the client.
Role profile | Data Analyst:
Analyses and interprets data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Produces dashboards, reports and insights to support decision-making regarding the ServiceNow platform. Assists with configuration, validation and remediation activities to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
The client is based in Stratford, hybrid 2-days per week in the office. There is an option for them to be based in Leeds too if that makes a difference.
