Data Analyst

Job role: Data Analyst Location: Harrisburg, PA) Duration: Remote, with occasional onsite in-person (contract for 1 Year) We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to partner with internal business stakeholders to develop, deliver, and maintain data analytics solutions that drive informed decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong Tableau expertise, experience working directly with business partners, and the ability to transform complex data into meaningful insights through reporting, dashboards, and visualizations. Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand objectives, requirements, and analytical needs. • Translate business requirements into actionable analytics projects and drive them through completion. • Collect, validate, and analyze structured and unstructured data to ensure accuracy and reliability. • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Tableau. • Identify trends, risks, and performance insights through data analysis and reporting. • Present analytical findings and recommendations to business leaders and stakeholders. • Manage recurring reporting processes and continuously improve analytics solutions. • Support data-driven decision-making through clear communication of insights and recommendations. • Document best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications • Minimum of 5 years of Data Analyst or related analytics experience. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Strong experience with Tableau (required). • Experience working directly with business stakeholders and managing requirements. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Experience creating dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
