Role description
Duration: 12-month ongoing contract Location: Hybrid in SeaTac, WA Pay Rate: $45.00-50.00/hr We are looking for an Analyst who will be a subject matter expert in invoice processing, forecasting, and data analytics at supporting our team. This role exercises considerable judgment to make decisions in financial planning and vendor cost management and provide recommendations to address budget adherence, process efficiency, and the integration of our programs and procedures into our operations. Key Responsibilities: β€’ Gather, clean, and organize data from various sources. β€’ Perform basic data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights. β€’ Create and maintain reports and dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). β€’ Write and execute SQL queries to extract and manipulate data. β€’ Assist in data validation, ensuring accuracy and completeness. β€’ Collaborate with different teams to understand business needs and reporting requirements. β€’ Document data processes and findings for internal reference. β€’ Support senior analysts with ad hoc analysis and reporting. Required Qualifications: β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. β€’ 0–2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field. β€’ Basic knowledge of SQL for data querying. β€’ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. β€’ Exposure to data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. β€’ Understanding of basic statistical concepts and analytical techniques. β€’ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. β€’ Good communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Qualifications: β€’ Experience with Python or R for data analysis. β€’ Familiarity with data cleaning and transformation techniques. β€’ Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
