PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Data Analyst to support Project Winter, a high-impact initiative focused on supplier management, process transformation, and digital enablement. This is a contract role through Q2 2026 , with the potential for renewal or full-time conversion based on performance. About The Role As a Data Analyst , you’ll play a key role in analyzing complex datasets, building KPIs and dashboards, and supporting the development of standard work, training materials, and change management strategies. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive insights and improvements across supplier classification, compliance, and source-to-contract systems. Key Responsibilities Analyze and interpret complex datasets using statistical and data mining techniques Perform data validation, cleansing, and transformation to ensure consistency Build and maintain KPI dashboards and scorecards to track project performance Support UAT for new tools and processes Assist in training development and change management for system rollouts Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights Contribute to digital transformation efforts in procurement and supplier systems Support vendor classification, compliance tracking, and supplier management Help structure the Management Operating System (MOS) for the project Manage day-to-day data requests and reporting needs What We’re Looking For Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field 2–4 years of experience in data analysis or a related role Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros) Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment U.S. Citizenship required Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with SAP Experience with Python or R Background in supplier/vendor management systems Understanding of compliance processes and digital procurement tools Experience in training delivery or change management Why Join Us At PDS Tech Commercial , we connect top-tier talent with opportunities that shape industries.
