Job Summary
In this role, you will:
β’ Serve as a liaison between Finance Data Operations, product teams, Data Engineering, and System of Records teams throughout the data product life cycle.
β’ Gather data sourcing requirements and perform exploratory analysis to identify patterns, trends, and outliers.
β’ Provide input and collaborate with data engineers to build data pipelines and validate data fit for purpose.
β’ Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology partners in executing target state data strategy.
β’ Provide advice and technical expertise on complex data/platform migration and data model design.
β’ Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support business operations.
β’ Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve product goals.
β’ Develop sophisticated visualizations to communicate complex insights sometimes through custom built dashboards.
β’ Innovating in new ways to use data or advanced analytics to solve business problems?
Required Qualifications
β’ 7+ years of Finance/Banking experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
β’ Advanced SQL Skills
β’ Proficiency using Oracle, SQL Server, and other databases
β’ Data Analysis and Reporting Expertise
β’ Data modeling and engineering experience
β’ Very good communication & presentation skills
