Overview For the GCGV Technical organization, serve as the staff OIMS (Operations Integrity Management System) data entry and database expert, including risk assessment data entry and management, management of change system admin tasks, IMPACT (incident reporting) system training, access management and action item entry, and general OIMS coordination support. Responsibilities • Risk Assessment SupportEnableSafe support; power user • HAZOP prep support (pulling incidents) • Action item entry and management • Management of Change System SupportGMOC coordination support • Incident tracking system supportIMPACT Lead site admin • Responsible for IMPACT system, roll assignment, manage access • Action item entry and management • General OIMS coordination support Required Qualifications • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Technology, Computer Science preferred, or related field • Candidates with preferred degree and limited experience will be considered Required Skills/Experience Soft Skills: • Self-driven and high initiative to maintain the assigned workspace, improving processes as necessary • Interpersonal skills to create environment of collaboration in a demanding work area • Strength of character to hold others accountable to agreements and confidence in business judgment sufficient to adjust course appropriately • Translate data requirements into business processes and reverse engineer business processes into data requirements • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with strong English proficiency • This is a hands on role and the consultant should be able to work independently with business and also in a team environment Technical Skills: • Ability to understand OIMS system, organizational hierarchy and approval levels • Data handling and data entry • Office skills • Outlook • PowerPoint • Excel • Database experience (access, etc.) • Pull reports • SAP experience preferred Looking for meaningful work?
