Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Data Analytics Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Data Analytics Analyst Location: Charlotte, NC Pay Range: Best in the Segment on W2 What's the Job? • Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for PowerBI. • Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term analytics challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. • Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. • Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel to develop effective reporting solutions. • Build and own dashboards, translating requirements into actionable insights for stakeholders. What's Needed? • 5+ years of experience with Power BI Reporting Suite, including Cloud-based solutions. • Knowledge of data flows, gateways, advanced visualizations, and enrichment functionalities (DAX, SQL, Power Query, etc.). • Ability to lead discussions and work effectively with business stakeholders to design and deploy reporting solutions. • Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights clearly and effectively. • Proven experience in analytics, consulting, or related fields, demonstrating a strong understanding of data analysis and visualization.
