Data Analytics Consultant

MokshaaLLC is currently looking for a Lead Data Analytics consultant for a long-term contract opening with our client. Client: Semi Conductor Manufacturing Company Location: Santa Clara, CA (Onsite from Day 1) Duration: 6 months+ Contract - W2/C2C Pay Rate: $65/hr to $70/hr (Depending on engagement type and experience) Key Requirements: 1. Expert in SQL programming 1. Hands-on experience with Dashboard development for Data Analytics 1. Prior experience in the Manufacturing domain, preferably within Semi-Conductor industry and knowledge of Supply chain management. About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated Data Analytics Consultant with strong expertise in SQL, data analysis, and dashboard development. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the supply chain domain and be comfortable collaborating with business stakeholders to transform raw data into actionable insights. This role requires both technical proficiency and business acumen to support decision-making and optimize operations. Key Responsibilities • Write and optimize advanced SQL queries for extracting, transforming, and analyzing large datasets from multiple sources. • Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and key performance indicators relevant to supply chain operations. • Design, develop, and maintain interactive BI dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI, ensuring scalability and usability. • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and build self-service dashboards. • Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity across reporting systems. • Provide insights and recommendations to drive efficiency, cost reduction, and process improvements within supply chain workflows. • Stay updated with the latest BI tools, data visualization practices, and supply chain analytics trends. Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field (Master’s preferred). • 12 - 15 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related role. • Strong expertise in Advanced SQL (complex joins, window functions, CTEs, performance tuning). • Proven experience in data analysis, storytelling with data, and deriving actionable insights. • Hands-on experience with Tableau and Power BI for dashboard development and deployment. • Strong communication skills to engage with business stakeholders and gather requirements effectively. • Knowledge of supply chain processes (procurement, logistics, inventory, demand planning, order management, etc.) is highly desirable. Preferred Skills • Exposure to ETL processes and data warehousing concepts. • Experience with cloud-based BI platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP). • Familiarity with Python/R for advanced analytics. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
