Position: Advanced analytics Location: New Jersey Duration: 6-12 months 3 days onsite / hybrid Only W2 About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Analytics Consultant with hands-on experience in Tellius to join our growing analytics team. This role involves delivering end-to-end analytical solutions, developing insightful dashboards, and enabling self-service analytics through the Tellius platform. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive data-driven decision-making and support strategic business initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement advanced analytics solutions using the Tellius platform. • Build and optimize augmented analytics workflows, leveraging AI/ML models for trend detection, anomaly detection, and root cause analysis. • Translate business questions into analytical problems and deliver natural language query-enabled solutions for business users. • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and storytelling visualizations for decision-makers. • Conduct training sessions and create documentation to promote self-service analytics adoption across business teams. Required Skills & Experience • 5+ years of experience in advanced analytics, data science, or business intelligence roles. • Proven expertise in using Tellius for exploratory analysis, ML integration, and dashboard development. • Strong SQL skills and experience. • Familiarity with data modeling, ETL workflows, and data preparation best practices. • Good understanding of statistical techniques and machine learning concepts. • Experience working with Python or R is a plus. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
