Data Architect

A leading organization is seeking an experienced Data Architect to design, build, and optimize modern data solutions. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in cloud-based data architectures, data modeling, and advanced SQL development. This role will focus on creating scalable, reliable, and secure data platforms that support analytics, reporting, and business decision-making. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement scalable data architectures leveraging Google Cloud Platform (GCP). • Develop, maintain, and optimize Dataform workflows and data pipelines. • Architect and manage datamarts to support analytics and business intelligence. • Write, review, and optimize complex SQL queries and stored procedures. • Apply version control and best practices using Git for data workflows. • Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance across platforms. • Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective data solutions. Qualifications • Proven experience as a Data Architect, Data Engineer, or in a similar role. • Strong knowledge of GCP, SQL, Dataform, and datamart design. • Hands-on experience with Git for version control and collaborative development. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Skills • Experience in the healthcare industry and familiarity with healthcare data standards. • Proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, and advanced data transformation. • Knowledge of data governance, privacy, and compliance best practices.
