Codeworks is seeking experienced Data Engineers who specialize in ETL processes and data visualization. Ideal candidates are skilled at building scalable data pipelines, integrating diverse data sources, and delivering meaningful insights through dashboards and reporting tools.

Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain robust ETL pipelines using modern data engineering tools
Integrate data from multiple sources (structured and unstructured) into centralized platforms
Optimize data workflows for performance and reliability
Create and maintain clear, insightful dashboards and reports using visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Work closely with data analysts, business stakeholders, and development teams to ensure data accuracy and usability
Implement best practices in data governance, security, and quality assurance
Qualifications
Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field
3+ years of professional experience in data engineering, with a focus on ETL development
Strong experience with tools such as SQL, Python, Apache Airflow, Talend, SSIS, or similar
Proficiency with visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
Solid understanding of relational databases, data warehousing, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
