Role Description
This is a contract remote role for a Data Engineer. The Data Engineer will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines, implementing data models, and optimizing data systems. The role includes performing ETL processes, managing data warehousing solutions, and supporting data analytics initiatives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand and meet organizational data needs is essential.
Qualifications
β’ Expertise in Data Engineering, Data Modeling, and Data Warehousing
β’ Proficiency in Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes
β’ Experience in Data Analytics, including analyzing and interpreting datasets
β’ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
β’ Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards like HL7 FHIR or CMS interoperability rules is a plus
β’ Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, or Spark
β’ Bachelorβs degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
