In this role, you will be a key contributor, responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining our core data infrastructure. You will partner closely with our Recruiting Ops and Business Technology teams. Your primary focus will be on improving data pipelines for our HR data platforms, ensuring data accuracy, and enabling our team to deliver faster, more reliable insights.
What You'll Do:
β’ Data Source Optimization: Assess and rebuild key data tables for platforms like Greenhouse (GH) and Workday, optimizing performance, adding new fields, and reducing reliance on manual processes.
β’ Pipeline Development: Partner with our central data teams to build new data sources and pipelines for critical tools such as Goodtime and Gem, ensuring our analytics can scale with business needs.

β’ Root Cause Analysis: Investigate and resolve the root cause of manual data updates, developing and implementing permanent, automated solutions that eliminate the need for manual intervention.
β’ Strategic Reporting Enablement: Collaborate with the Workday (WD) team to integrate key identifiers at the Position ID level, building new data sources to support custom reporting requests.
β’ Data Enhancements: Develop and deploy logic to identify unique employee events (e.g., rehires and offer reneges) and build manager hierarchy fields into recruiting data sources to support new reporting standards.
β’ Dashboard & Infrastructure Support: Rebuild data sources for key People Analytics Team Tableau dashboards to improve load times, enhance functionality, and move away from fragile, legacy solutions.
Skills:
β’ 5-7 yrs of experience
β’ Strong proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, Fivetran.
β’ Experience with Greenhouse, Workday, Databricks, APIs, and Google Cloud Platform.
β’ Working knowledge of data warehousing technologies such as Redshift and S3.
β’ Demonstrated ability to assess, rebuild, and optimize complex people data sources.
β’ Experience in building and maintaining data pipelines.
β’ A proactive problem-solver with an eye for detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
