Job Summary
The Genomics and Integrative Biology team is a collaborative group of data scientists and biologists developing frontier technologies for early drug discovery and development. In this role, you’ll build the data infrastructure that manages the full data lifecycle and transforms workflows into automated, AI-native platforms.
Major Accountabilities/Responsibilities
• Data Pipeline Engineering: Develop automated data pipelines that process and structure multi-omics datasets
• Graph database integration: Implement graph database architecture to capture relationships between experimental data, analyses, and scientific context
• End-to-End Ecosystem Integration: Connect data flow from bench experiments through computational analyses back to experimental design
Education
Master's Degree
Minimum Experience/Skills Required
• Experience creating and deploying graph databases in production environments
• Demonstrated ability to design systems with emphasis on failure modes and reliability
• Strong communication skills for technical tradeoffs and decisions
Preferred Experience/Skills
• Experience building and deploying critical data infrastructure in cloud environments
• Track record working with scientific or complex structured data
• Familiarity with bioinformatics workflows or laboratory data systems
