โข Monitor contract performance and compliance, addressing any issues or discrepancies promptly.
โข Manage contract renewals, amendments, and terminations.
โข Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to mitigate contractual risks.
โข Maintain organised records of all contract documentation and correspondence.
โข Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
โข Provide training and guidance to team members on contract management processes and procedures.
Profile
Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management, procurement, or a similar role.
Bachelor's degree or a Master's degree in Law, Business Administration or a related field.
Professional certification such as CPCM (Certified Professional Contracts Manager) or equivalent is a plus.
