Position: Data Management Analyst 4 - Contingent Location: Charlotte, North Carolina Duration: Contract Job ID: 173314 Job Overview: In this contingent resource assignment, you will consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Data Management. You will review and analyze multi-faceted, larger-scale, or longer-term Data Management challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Additionally, you will contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring a solid understanding of functional policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to meet deliverables. This role involves strategic collaboration and consultation with client personnel. Responsibilities: • Perform data analysis and testing for treasury management processes to ensure accuracy and compliance. • Design and document technical solutions to address complex business challenges and optimize processes. • Collaborate with data providers, peers, technology teams, and senior business partners to resolve issues and achieve goals. • Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders. • Apply strong reasoning and problem-solving capabilities paired with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Qualifications: • 5 years of experience in Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management, or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting experience, training, military experience, or education. • Knowledge of financial institution balance sheet fundamentals, product offerings, and balance sheet management practices. • 3+ years of proven experience in data analysis using SQL, Python, or similar tools (data transformation, analytics, large relational databases). • 3+ years of experience in technical solution design to address business problems. • 3+ years of experience with JIRA and/or Agile methodologies.
