Job Title: Data Management Co-ordinator / Data Analyst Location: Hybrid – London, UK Duration: 6 Months Pay Rate: £160 per day About the Role: We are seeking a Data Management Co-ordinator / Data Analyst to join our team on a 6-month contract. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting data cleansing and BAU data maintenance within the agency’s new substance database. This role ensures that substance-related data, covering chemical, biological, biochemical, and herbal substances, is accurate, fit for purpose, and compliant with complex international regulatory standards. Responsibilities: • Assist with data cleansing and maintenance of reference data within the new substance database. • Maintain organisation names, addresses, and related data dictionaries. • Ensure data integrity and quality in line with regulatory and international requirements. • Work closely with the reference data team to support BAU operations. • Apply scientific knowledge to validate and manage substance data. Requirements: • A degree in life sciences, chemistry, biology, biomedical science, or equivalent experience. • Strong scientific knowledge with the ability to understand complex details. • Proven attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. • Experience working in a regulated or scientific data environment (preferred). Desirable Skills: • Experience in data management and data quality assurance. • Familiarity with regulatory standards and data governance practices.
