Title: Data Modeler Work Environment: Remote Job Description: Experienced Project Managers needed for medium to large sized enterprise projects of moderate to high complexity and risk in a fast-paced, hybrid environment. Candidate should have experience in both IT and business projects. What we’re looking for: We have a position for a Data Modeler with one of our clients in Remote for an initial contract duration of 10 months. Required Qualifications: • 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in data modeling, including enterprise-level projects. • Proven experience with healthcare or HHS data in a public sector or government setting. • Strong knowledge of relational, hierarchical, and Big Data modeling concepts. • Proficiency with Erwin or similar data modeling and metadata management tools. • Familiarity with data integration, interoperability standards, and data quality frameworks. • Solid understanding of data architecture principles, including storage, security, and governance. Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • Certification in Data Architecture or Data Modeling is a plus. • Experience working in agile environments and contributing to strategic data initiatives. • The ideal candidate thrives in a distributed Scrum team, managing their own deliverables and staying accountable through clear, consistent communication.
