β’ Data Science Engineer (Contract)
β’ Location: Austin TX 78758 (Open to remote)
β’ Duration: 1/12/2026 to 1/08/2027
β’ Team: Fraud ADUS
Key Responsibilities
β’ Develop and implement end-to-end ML models for fraud detection and risk mitigation, emphasizing high-precision classification.
β’ Work closely with Cyber Fraud Investigations, Data Engineering and AI/ML teams to establish data science frameworks and embed insights into operational processes.
β’ Create and automate dashboards, feature pipelines, and model scoring outputs in collaboration with various stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
β’ Possess over 5 years of experience in data science and machine learning.
β’ Demonstrate expertise in ML techniques, SQL, Python/R, and big data frameworks.
β’ Hands-on experience with AI agents and LLMs - Preferred.
β’ Showcase a successful history of leading impactful data science initiatives.
β’ Exhibit strong communication and teamwork abilities.
β’ This role is not suitable for entry-level candidates or interns.
Education & Experience
β’ Hold a Bachelorβs degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
Compensation
