Responsibilities
β’ Design and deploy scalable data solutions utilizing cloud platforms and cutting-edge technologies.
β’ Lead the development and optimization of robust data pipelines to power AI/ML initiatives.
β’ Work alongside data scientists and AI teams to ensure seamless data integration and processing.
β’ Engage with business stakeholders, analysts, and data scientists to define data models and operational workflows.
β’ Oversee efforts to improve data quality through validation processes and automated data cleansing.
β’ Mentor and manage a team of data engineers, fostering a culture rooted in innovation and continual learning.
β’ Assess and adopt emerging data technologies to continually boost our engineering capabilities.
β’ Maintain compliance with industry data security standards and regulatory requirements, especially in the financial sector.
β’ Analyze, review, and update programs to optimize efficiency and adapt to changing business needs.
β’ Document program development, logic, coding, and corrections thoroughly.
β’ Collaborate and communicate effectively with global teams across various time zones.
Must Have Skills:
β’ Comprehensive understanding of cloud services on platforms like AWS or Azure.
β’ Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and algorithms.
β’ Strong background in data modeling, database management (SQL/NoSQL), and API development.
