We're seeking a seasoned Data Scientist with at least 5+ years of experience in applying statistical modeling and machine learning on big data platforms like Hadoop.
🎯 Top Must-Haves:
✅ Hands-on expertise with R/Python in a Hadoop ecosystem
✅ Strong skills in statistical modeling, machine learning (Classification, Regression, Clustering)
✅ Prior experience leading ML projects from ideation to implementation
✅ Proficiency in Big Data tools like Hive, Sqoop, Spark (pySpark, SparkR, SparkSQL)
✅ Ability to work with structured & unstructured data
✅ Excellent communication skills and team leadership ability
✨ Nice to Haves:
• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake)
• Background in data engineering
