Job Title: Data Scientist Location: Charlotte, NC Work Arrangement: 3 day in office with 2 day WFH Client Industry: Banking Duration: 24 Months Contract Schedule:  Monday to Friday About the Role We are hiring a  Data Scientist Must Haves: • Prior Financial Services or Large Enterprise Experience • Poven experience as a Data Scientist, Data Analyst, or in a related analytical role. • Experience with AI • Strong skills in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar). • Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (e.g., Python, R). • Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights. • Strong communication and collaboration skills. Years of Experience: 6-8 years Day to Day: • Research and analyze business operations, services, and product performance. • Collect, clean, and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends and insights. • Design and maintain clear, visually engaging dashboards to support decision-making. • Communicate findings in a way that is easy for non-technical stakeholders to understand. • Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure data accuracy and relevance. • Support data-driven strategy and planning initiatives across the organization. Compensation Hourly Rate: 60$-65$ per hour This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
