Location: Strong preference for hybrid in Redmond, WA | Open to Remote (East/West Coast, USA)
Type: 6-Month Contract (possible extension)
✅ Must-Have Skills:
1. Advanced SQL (2+ years) in big data environments (Hive, Presto, Spark) and data modeling.
1. Data analysis & interpretation (2+ years): developing metrics, drawing conclusions, recommending actions, and reporting results to stakeholders.
1. Data quality & preparation: enhancing data collection, data processing, cleansing, and verifying integrity.
1. Statistical analysis & experimental design proficiency.
✨ Nice-to-Have Skills:
1. Experience with data management, data engineering, and working with research devices in ambiguous environments.
1. Experience building medium to large-scale systems and services.
1. Background in Big Tech or former AR/VR experience (preferred due to familiarity with systems).
