About the Role: We’re looking for a driven and skilled Data Scientist with a background in geostatistics or geology—or a Geologist with data science expertise—to join a team that builds innovative software solutions for the mining and geological sectors. In this role, you'll turn complex geological and operational data into actionable insights that improve decision-making and operational outcomes.

Contract: 6-month initial contract
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and domain experts to embed data science into software tools.
• Analyze geological and mining data to extract patterns and generate insights.
• Combine drilling data with traditional rock properties to enhance subsurface understanding.
• Apply machine learning algorithms to geological datasets.
• Support data-driven decision-making in geological and mining operations.
• Leverage spatial data analysis to improve geological interpretations.
