• Data Insights & Assurance Lead required • Location: Welwyn Garden City 3 days a week non negotiable (Wednesday and Thursday are set days) • Duration 3 months with potential for extension Our client is a British multinational groceries and general merchandise retailer headquartered in the United Kingdom at its head offices in Welwyn Garden City, England. Job Description As the Data Insights & Assurance Lead – Cyber Engagement, you will play a pivotal role in driving visibility, accountability, and strategic impact across our cyber engagement initiatives. You will be responsible for designing and maintaining scalable systems that track activity, engagement, and coverage, ensuring alignment with assurance standards and campaign objectives. This role blends technical expertise in data visualization and automation with strategic insight into engagement dynamics, enabling leadership to make informed decisions and continuously improve outreach effectiveness. Key Responsibilities • Design and maintain activity logging systems using tools such as Microsoft Forms, Power BI, Tableau, and Excel. • Develop dynamic dashboards to visualize reach, coverage, engagement trends, and campaign performance. • Identify and flag low-engagement squads while highlighting top-performing Champions to inform recognition and support strategies. • Map business function coverage to guide targeted recruitment and ensure balanced representation. • Automate engagement workflows, including reminders, nudges, and prompts to sustain momentum. • Align Champion activity with campaign objectives, providing clear impact insights and actionable recommendations. • Ensure assurance-aligned reporting, maintaining high standards of accuracy and evidence-based metrics. • Support skills matrix tracking, enabling visibility into training needs and development progress. • Collaborate with the Cyber Data Platform team to ensure seamless data pipeline integration and metric consistency. Required Skills & Experience • Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Excel, and other data visualization tools. • Experience with Microsoft Forms, automated surveys, and structured logging/reporting systems. • Strong understanding of assurance and compliance-oriented reporting frameworks. • Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to data integrity and quality control. • Ability to translate technical activity data into compelling visual narratives for diverse stakeholders. Strong data handling and visualization skills using Tableau, Excel, and other reporting tools. Proficiency in SQL for querying, transforming, and validating data from structured sources. Experience with Microsoft Forms, automated surveys, and structured logging/reporting workflows. Familiarity with assurance or compliance-oriented reporting and evidence-based documentation. Ability to translate technical activity data into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders. High attention to detail with a strong focus on data integrity, accuracy, and quality control. Experience in automating workflows (e.g., reminders, nudges, prompts) to support engagement. Comfortable working cross-functionally, especially with data platform and analytics teams.
