Role description
One of my clients is looking for a Data Scientist – Supply Chain Analytics (Databricks) - USA (Remote) for a contract role. Any visa fine: US Citizen, Green Card, H4 EAD, L2 EAD, OPT EAD. ❌ No H1-B visa holders at this time. W2 only – No C2C / No third party. Required Skills & Qualifications: ● Bachelor’s or master’s in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, or Supply Chain Analytics. ● 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist with applied ML in supply chain or operations. ● Strong knowledge of Python, PySpark, and SQL. ● Hands-on experience in Databricks (Spark, Delta Lake, MLflow). ● Proficiency in predictive modeling, regression, time series forecasting, anomaly detection, and clustering. ● Strong understanding of supply chain processes (procurement, logistics, backlog/inventory management). ● Solid experience with data visualization (Tableau, Power BI, or Databricks notebooks).
