Role description
(Contract - 1 year) - Remote We’re bringing you an exciting opportunity with one of the world’s leading tech companies, known for creating iconic products and experiences used by millions daily. We’re looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join the Services Digital Marketing team, working across multiple high-impact consumer services β€” from music and app marketplaces to payments, cloud storage, and more. What you’ll do: β€’ Build and maintain optimization models, forecasting algorithms, machine learning models, and large language models to improve campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize products. β€’ Translate model outputs into clear, actionable insights for both marketing and product teams. β€’ Create performance benchmarks across digital marketing channels, evaluating internal and competitor performance. β€’ Develop and maintain content taxonomies for attribution analysis. β€’ Build, maintain, and automate analytics dashboards. β€’ Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization. What we’re looking for: β€’ Strong foundation in statistics. β€’ Proficiency in SQL and Python or R for large dataset manipulation. β€’ Hands-on experience with machine learning techniques (e.g., clustering, decision trees, neural networks, regression, classification). β€’ Proven experience building custom data models and algorithms. β€’ Deep understanding of digital marketing data (social, SEO, paid media, etc.). β€’ Skilled in data visualization with BI tools and programming (Tableau, Python). β€’ Ability to communicate analytical findings to both technical and creative audiences. β€’ +5 years of experience working with data sets and statistical models to generate insights. Nice to have: β€’ Experience with engineering pipelines. β€’ Familiarity with Git/GitHub/GitLab. β€’ Mandarin proficiency.
