Job Title: Data Scientist Location: Chanhassen, Minnesota- HYBRID (NEED LOCAL CANDIDATE) Duration: 6 months C2H Job Description Product mindset - need to get this to the business (good enough definition, pragmatic attitude, feedback loop) Tech stack - used to writing, building models. Open to someone who can take an existing model to improve. Ideal: could do both build model from scratch AND improve on what's built. Models: Experience building traditional machine learning (between advanced analytics and machine learning). Must have: Python (python shop) AWS or Azure ML (AML preferred) Implementation / doer skillset Product mindset - understand what the business is doing and speak back in their own terms Demos build street credit to showcase technical efforts Confidence and strength to maintain business' excitement with feature requests but not be a yes man to make sure not overpromising Reliable with stakeholders Preferred: Snowflake DW Experience working in cloud data infrastructure R (though don't use)
