The successful candidate will join a collaborative Data Science and Analytics team, with a primary focus on predictive modelling and actionable insights to inform strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Develop machine learning models to understand and predict customer behaviour related to EV adoption, affordability, and scheme misuse. • Conduct statistical analysis (e.g., regression, hypothesis testing) to derive customer insights from structured data. • Build and maintain insightful dashboards to support decision-making. • Analyse unstructured customer research data using NLP techniques such as sentiment analysis and topic modelling. • Present methodologies and assumptions to technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure understanding and alignment. • Support ad hoc analytical requests from across the organisation. Candidate Requirements Essential: • Degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, or Mathematics. • Proficient in Python and SQL, with hands-on experience in machine learning and data manipulation. • Experience solving business problems using structured and unstructured data. • Strong understanding of cloud-based data environments (e.g., Snowflake, Sagemaker). • Proven analytical problem-solving capabilities. • Effective communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience. Desirable: • Demonstrated examples of delivering business impact through data science solutions.
