What you’ll do:
• Investigate incoming cases with a mix of workflows + ad-hoc analysis
• Work with internal teams & external partners to resolve issues clearly
• Use SQL & dashboards (Tableau or similar) to surface key insights
• Recommend smarter ways to prevent abuse & strengthen systems
What you bring:
• Strong SQL & data analysis skills
• Business sense — you know how data impacts people & decisions
• Clear communicator, detail-oriented, structured under pressure
• Dashboarding skills (Tableau / BI tools)
Bonus if you’ve worked with:
• Fraud/abuse investigations or threat analysis
• Finding patterns & signals in noisy data
• Risk/security within large online platforms
