We are looking for a “Data Analyst“ to join one of our Fortune 500 clients.
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to support our data governance and customer data management initiatives. This role will be responsible for researching, validating, and maintaining customer data across multiple systems, ensuring data integrity, and supporting business-critical projects. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Salesforce, SAP, and healthcare data platforms, and a strong understanding of data quality best practices.
Key Responsibilities
• Research and match new customer records using analytics tools across Data Foundation, Sales Tracing, SAP Instruments, Definitive Healthcare, and Salesforce Contracts.
• Validate and assign accurate customer types and sub-types to new and existing records.
• Investigate and resolve data issues submitted by sales representatives via the Data Governance System (e.g., missing accounts, customer segmentation, commissionable status).
• Reconcile missing or inconsistent data across systems, including instrument tracking and contract alignment.
• Manage and update account hierarchies and support account creation in Salesforce (SFDC).
• Assist with ad-hoc data issue resolution and support special projects as assigned by management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in data stewardship, data governance, or a related role.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, SAP, and data analytics tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in the healthcare or life sciences industry is a plus.
