About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Data Visualization Developer with strong experience in TIBCO Spotfire and deep understanding of AWS Redshift. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining advanced dashboards and data visualizations to support business intelligence and data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will work closely with business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex data into clear, compelling insights that drive results. Key Responsibilities: • Develop interactive dashboards and visual analytics using TIBCO Spotfire. • Connect, query, and manipulate data from AWS Redshift and other sources to support visualization needs. • Optimize data models and Spotfire dashboards for performance, usability, and scalability. • Collaborate with business teams to understand reporting requirements and transform them into meaningful visual solutions. • Implement best practices for visualization design, including layout, interactivity, and storytelling. • Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance existing Spotfire reports and workflows. • Support data integration and transformation efforts in collaboration with data engineering teams. • Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance within visualizations and reporting tools. Required Qualifications: • 4+ years of experience in data visualization and business intelligence development. • Strong proficiency in TIBCO Spotfire, including custom expressions, scripting, and IronPython. • Hands-on experience with AWS Redshift – including querying, data modeling, and performance tuning. • Strong SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries. • Experience integrating multiple data sources into a unified dashboard. • Understanding of data warehousing principles and cloud-based analytics platforms. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into business insights. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with Python, R, or other scripting languages used within Spotfire. • Familiarity with other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus. • Knowledge of AWS services beyond Redshift (e.g., S3, Glue, Athena). • Experience in agile development environments.
