Overview Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP Commerce Developer to support the enhancement of digital commerce features and contribute to a major SAP S/4HANA migration initiative. This role is ideal for a developer with deep SAP Commerce expertise and a passion for building scalable, high-performance eCommerce solutions. Responsibilities • Design, develop, and enhance features within the SAP Commerce (Hybris or Commerce Cloud) platform to support evolving business needs. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with the SAP S/4HANA backend. • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and support. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to SAP Commerce and its integrations. • Contribute to architectural decisions and ensure adherence to best practices in coding, performance, and security. • Support other critical digital initiatives during the S/4HANA migration. Required Qualifications • Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP Commerce (Hybris or Commerce Cloud) development. • Proven track record of delivering at least two full end-to-end SAP Commerce implementations. • Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Framework. • Solid understanding of eCommerce architecture, performance optimization, and scalability. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications • Experience integrating SAP Commerce with SAP S/4HANA backend systems. • Familiarity with cloud-native development and deployment practices. • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
