About The Role We are seeking a seasoned ETL Developer to join our Enterprise Data Management (EDM) initiative, with a focus on Capital Markets data pipelines. You will play a crucial role in building, maintaining, and optimizing ETL workflows using Golden Source, Python, and SQL, while supporting both technical operations and business user needs. This is a high-impact role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can operate independently. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement ETL pipelines for extracting data from the Treasury Data Warehouse • Develop, support, and troubleshoot new and existing ETL jobs • Analyze and document business and data requirements in collaboration with stakeholders • Provide batch processing support and user assistance for data access and analytics • Produce clear, user-friendly documentation for business and technical audiences • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and optimal performance • Participate in Agile development sprints and adhere to DevOps best practices Required Skills & Experience • 8+ years of hands-on ETL and SQL development experience • Strong command of Python and SQL • In-depth understanding of financial data and capital markets • Familiarity with Golden Source or similar EDM platforms • Experience with Power BI or comparable reporting tools • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex data/reporting issues • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and cloud technologies • Experience in data flow diagrams, sequence diagrams, and process modeling techniques Skills: golden source,capital markets,data warehousing,cloud technologies,etl,sql,microsoft power bi,python,treasury data,agile methodologies,power bi,etl development
