Your work will directly support executive decision-making and operational efficiency in a complex insurance and finance environment.
Responsibilities
β’ Architect and implement robust ETL pipelines to support data migration, transformation, and integration between legacy systems and Guidewire.

β’ Design and implement data cubes and OLAP structures to enable multidimensional analysis for business and finance teams.
β’ Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into scalable data solutions.
β’ Ensure data integrity, version control, and traceability across systems.
β’ Troubleshoot and resolve data linkage issues between legacy and Guidewire platforms.
β’ Provide hands-on development using ETL tools and scripting languages to deliver production-ready solutions.
β’ Document architecture, data flows, and transformation logic for transparency and maintainability.
Qualifications
β’ Proven experience as an ETL Architect and Developer with a strong background in data warehouse design and implementation.
β’ Deep expertise in dimensional modeling, including star and snowflake schemas.
β’ Hands-on experience with data cube design and OLAP technologies.
β’ Strong understanding of insurance and finance domain terminology and data structures.
β’ Experience working with Guidewire systems is highly preferred.
β’ Proficiency in SQL, data transformation tools (e.g., Informatica, DBT, Talend), and scripting (e.g., Python, Shell).
β’ Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Azure Data Lake, AWS Redshift) is a plus.
β’ Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
