About this Position: Key Responsibilities: • Administer and maintain network systems, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points. • Monitor network performance and proactively troubleshoot connectivity issues. • Implement security protocols to safeguard network integrity and data protection. • Manage user access control, permissions, and network configurations. • Maintain and upgrade network hardware and software to ensure optimal performance. • Coordinate with IT teams to align network infrastructure with business objectives. • Provide documentation and support for network-related policies and troubleshooting steps. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Certification in CCNA, Network+, or other relevant networking credentials. • Hands-on experience in network administration, troubleshooting, and security management. • Proficiency in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewall configurations. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in network environments. • Ability to work effectively in enterprise or government IT infrastructure. Preferred Qualifications: • Advanced certifications such as CCNP, CompTIA Security+, or Microsoft Azure Networking. • Experience in cloud networking and hybrid infrastructure management. • Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and network governance policies.
