Job Description
We’re looking for a DCO Technical Manager to join our team on a 6-month contract. In this role, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and effective implementation and management of Dynamic Creative Optimisation (DCO) campaigns for a key client. You will be the go-to expert for all things DCO, working closely with our creative, strategy, and media teams to deliver personalised and impactful advertising experiences through the Clinch platform.

As our DCO Technical Manager, you'll be the technical linchpin for DCO projects. You'll be responsible for the setup, implementation, and optimisation of DCO campaigns, ensuring they are technically sound and deliver against client objectives. Your expertise will bridge the gap between creative vision and technical execution, driving innovation and effectiveness in our advertising.
Responsibilities will include
• Leading the technical setup and implementation of DCO campaigns across various platforms
• Collaborating with creative and strategy teams to translate campaign concepts into technically feasible DCO strategies
• Managing and troubleshooting DCO platform integrations and data feeds
• Ensuring data accuracy and compliance with privacy regulations in DCO campaign execution
• Optimising DCO campaigns based on performance data and insights
• Staying up-to-date with the latest DCO technologies and best practices, including AI and innovative technologies
• Providing technical guidance and support to internal teams on DCO-related matters
• Support client-facing deliverables by contributing to monthly reports, post-campaign analyses (PCAs) and QBRs, translating complex DCO data into clear insights and actionable recommendations

• Strong understanding of DCO platforms (e.g., Google Ad Manager, Innovid/Flashtalking, Clinch.

• Solid understanding of digital advertising ecosystems and technologies.
• Proven ability to work with multiple data sources (CRM, 1P, 3P) and translate them into usable DCO segments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills to bridge client, tech, creative, and media partners.
Nice To Have:
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript) for DCO customisation.
• Familiarity with data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Data Studio).
