Role description
Position Title: Deposit Product Analyst/Manager Duration: 12 months (Possibility of extension to 24 months or possibility of conversion to FTE) Location: Remote Working hours: 8-5, depending on time zone Pay Rate: $35.32/hr. Role Mandate: β€’ This group focuses on liquidity project management, especially commercial deposits. β€’ This role will focus on projects that enhance how to gather and grow deposits for personal banking. Role Responsibilities: β€’ Assist in the development of new deposit products by supporting the project team as required. β€’ Gather market research, customer insights, and analyze competitor offerings. β€’ Provide strategic recommendations to improve product features and market positioning. β€’ Collaborate with subject matter experts in product development and sales teams to ensure new products are seamlessly integrated into training programs. β€’ Using strong written communication skills, review training and sales enablement materials to ensure sales teams' products are empowered with a deep understanding of deposit and treasury management solutions. β€’ Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content aligns with product features and strategic goals. β€’ Gather and incorporate sales team feedback to continuously refine training materials and improve knowledge transfer. Must-Have Skills: β€’ Experience in product analysis, training development, or banking. β€’ Knowledge of treasury management and deposit products. β€’ Presentation skills, communication skills/detail orientation Education Qualification: β€’ Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
